What is the minimum contract term?
We offer 12-month contracts and enable agents the option to pay monthly or 12 months in advance at a discounted rate.
Do I need solicitors and clients to be on board with REAS?
Solicitors do not require to be registered to use REAS in order for the platform to work, it is advantageous for those solicitors who embrace the features of REAS for the benefit of their respective clients. Landlords, sellers and buyers and tenants do not require to be registered either however it is encouraged for them to sign up so they can view regular updates and documents.
Can I prevent sensitive information from being disclosed to certain users?
Yes, REAS has health warnings within the platform to remind all users not to disclose any confidential or sensitive information especially between solicitors and clients.
